IT Administrator

This role owns the day-to-day technology experience for every employee, managing everything from laptop provisioning to SaaS tool support. The position involves implementing and enforcing security policies, administering identity and access management platforms, and serving as the primary point of contact for IT issues. It requires hands-on support for both macOS and Windows environments, including network troubleshooting and hardware procurement.
