Facility Use and Events Support

This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Facility Use and Events Director and General Services Director, managing complex office tasks, scheduling, and event logistics. The position involves assisting with budget processes, regulatory reporting, and customer service to enhance the experience for business and industry clients. It also includes maintaining facility records, managing equipment, and supporting event setup and teardown.
