Program Director

The Program Director oversees all aspects of the Surgical Technology program, including budget management, faculty hiring, accreditation maintenance, and curriculum development. This role involves delivering face-to-face and online instruction, facilitating student assessment, and ensuring program effectiveness through continuous improvement. The position reports to the Dean of Health Professions and requires collaboration with internal and external healthcare partners.
