Fair Lending Compliance Lead

The Fair Lending Compliance Lead develops, administers, and monitors the Credit Union’s Fair Lending Program, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws across residential, consumer, commercial, and small-business lending. Serving as a second line of defense, the role partners with business units to identify regulatory risks, conduct statistical monitoring, and provide guidance on compliance requirements. The position also involves preparing compliance reports, supporting audits, and delivering training to promote effective compliance practices throughout the organization.
