Recovery Specialist

The Recovery Specialist is responsible for resolving charged-off accounts by interacting with members, team members, and third-party agencies to negotiate payment structuring and account updates. The role involves maximizing the recovery of credit union assets from delinquent accounts, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal and external legal counsel on potential litigation. Additionally, the specialist provides updates on trends and assists frontline staff in maintaining established procedures within the Temenos Recovery Module.
