Family Advocate

The Family Advocate implements core family partnership and community partnership functions for an Early Head Start program, recruiting and enrolling children while supporting a caseload of families through a family development model. This role assists with child health requirements, screenings, and assessments while coordinating with the larger social services system to help families identify and meet their goals. The position involves building collaborative partnerships, accessing community resources, and ensuring parent involvement in program services.
