Family Advocate

This role is responsible for recruiting and enrolling eligible families into the Head Start/Early Head Start program while providing comprehensive case management services. The position focuses on identifying family needs, developing partnership agreements, and connecting families with community resources to support their self-sufficiency. The Family Advocate also collaborates with staff to ensure compliance with health requirements and promotes active parent and family engagement.
