Family Advocate

The Family Advocate coordinates and facilitates the delivery of Social Services and Parent Involvement to Head Start children, families, and staff in accordance with NJ/PA licensing regulations and Head Start Performance Standards. This role focuses on recruiting and enrolling eligible families, developing partnerships to assess needs and connect families with resources, and maintaining accurate records. The position also ensures child safety, promotes family and volunteer involvement, and participates in health-related activities and professional development.
