Family Advocate

The Family Advocate works as part of a team to provide a continuum of services aimed at strengthening and preserving families while identifying and coordinating individual needs. The role involves engaging parents in goal-setting, conducting home visits, and assisting families in accessing community resources and support services. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to input data into computer programs to effectively support children and families.
