The Family Housing Navigator provides intensive case management, housing navigation, and advocacy to families experiencing homelessness in shelter and community settings throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. The role involves assessing housing needs, developing individualized service plans, connecting families to resources and benefits, and supporting them in achieving and maintaining housing stability. This position requires a strong commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered service delivery and collaboration with community partners.
