Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator provides street outreach, engagement, and housing navigation services to residents of Albany experiencing homelessness. This field-based role involves building trusting relationships with unsheltered residents, completing Coordinated Entry System assessments, and supporting participants through housing search, placement, and retention. The position also includes case management for residents of the program's emergency shelter house and collaboration with community partners to connect individuals to essential services.
