Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Float Position)

About this role
UHS is hiring a full-time, Monday–Friday Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as a Primary Care Provider Float based at the UHS Primary Care Upper Front Street site. The provider will cover patient panels for colleagues on disability, FMLA, or vacation and may perform acute telemedicine visits from their home base. Travel is limited to assigned practices within a 30-mile radius. New graduates are eligible for the Advance Practice Residency Program to prepare for primary care practice.
