Family Partners at NEKCA support families in goal setting, child development, and holistic well-being using a strengths-based approach. The role involves home visiting, coaching, and coordinating social services to help families thrive within the Early Childhood and Family Services department. This full-time position requires collaboration with community organizations and adherence to Head Start Performance Standards.
