Family Service Coordinator

The Family Service Coordinator supports children's school readiness by connecting enrolled families to resources addressing health, housing, food security, and overall well-being. This role serves as the primary liaison between classrooms and families, ensuring access to culturally responsive support and building individualized Family Partnership Agreements. The position partners with families to identify strengths, set goals, and connect them to community resources that promote stability and self-sufficiency.
