Family Support Specialist

The Family Support Specialist provides intensive, in-home clinical treatment and support services to families with infants or young children at risk of abuse, neglect, or removal due to parental substance use. The role focuses on promoting family stability, safety, and permanence through trauma-informed, culturally competent care and attachment-based therapy. This position involves delivering case management, crisis support, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure appropriate levels of care for children and parents.
