Family Support Specialist

The Family Support Specialist is a peer with shared lived experience who supports families raising children with emotional, behavioral, mental health, or developmental challenges. This role involves providing consultation, coaching, and culturally appropriate support to help parents and caregivers actively participate in their child's treatment process and system navigation. The specialist works across various community-based programs to foster collaboration, maintain confidentiality, and connect families with natural supports.
