Family Support Worker

The Family Support Worker provides parenting education and support to families through the Healthy Families home visiting program, helping parents create safe and nurturing environments for their children. This role involves building professional relationships with families, utilizing curricula to educate on child development, and assisting families in accessing community services and healthcare. The position requires onsite work with community-based travel and reporting to the Healthy Families Supervisor.
