Family Worker

This role delivers a targeted early help family support service to families from pregnancy to age 19, aiming to improve health, well-being, and educational outcomes while reducing inequalities. The position involves assessing family needs, creating action plans, and providing practical advice and direct case work to prevent issues from escalating to statutory intervention. The role requires working in partnership with universal and specialist services to support early identification of risk and deliver responsive early intervention packages.
