The FAST Program is a 12-month training initiative designed to prepare participants for customer-oriented careers by pairing technical skills with business perspectives. The Field Applications Engineer track includes three rotations focused on working directly with customers, scaling sales processes, and understanding systems-level solutions. Upon completion, participants join the Worldwide Sales & Applications team to drive business growth and provide technical expertise.
