The Field Applications Program - Digital (East Region) is a 12-month Career Accelerator Program designed to train participants as Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) through three rotations in Field Sales, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing. The program provides technical and business training to help participants solve customer challenges, scale sales processes, and understand system-level solutions. Upon completion, participants join TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team to drive business growth and maximize TI's content in customer designs.
