F&B Steward/ Dishwasher

The Steward/Dishwasher is a critical Back of House support role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dish station, kitchen equipment, and all BOH areas at a high-volume resort. Reporting to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef, this seasonal position ensures the speed and safety of every service through diligent dishwashing, chemical safety compliance, and general kitchen maintenance. The role requires a hardworking and dependable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, hot, and wet environment while following strict safety protocols.
