F&B Supervisor

The role involves supervising and supporting the Conferencing & Events food and beverage team at Rydges South Bank Brisbane, ensuring seamless set‑up, service, and breakdown of events ranging from corporate breakfasts to large black‑tie dinners. The supervisor will coordinate with conference, kitchen, and banquets teams, manage stock and equipment, train staff, and handle guest requests while maintaining compliance with hotel policies and WH&S standards.
