FEP Certified Parent Peer Specialist

The FEP Certified Parent Peer Specialist supports and coaches parents and caregivers by sharing lived experiences to promote recovery, resilience, and healthy lifestyles. The role involves providing effective techniques to improve self-management and decision-making for families, while collaborating with internal staff and community resources. This position requires a parent or primary caregiver with experience raising a young person aged 15-30 who has experienced psychosis from a mental health diagnosis.
