Fiber Align Engineer

The Fiber Align Engineer drives the automation and scalability of optical transceiver manufacturing by designing processes and automation for critical equipment, focusing on active alignment and fiber attach methods. This role involves setting process strategies, supporting the transfer of processes from new product introduction to production, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to improve manufacturability. The position requires expertise in optics, opto-electronics, or semiconductor packaging to ensure sustainable and repeatable operations for volume and next-generation optical products.
