The Fiber Technician is responsible for performing installations, disconnects, and service changes for residential and business customers, providing high-speed internet and phone services. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing services from the fiber terminal to consumer electronic devices while educating customers on Metronet products. This position requires physical ability to work in various conditions, including attics and crawl spaces, and operate company vehicles safely.
