Fidelity Coach

The Fidelity Coach serves as a mentor and role model for direct service staff, providing in-the-field coaching and consultation to ensure alignment with the California High Fidelity Wraparound model. This role involves supporting staff in deepening their understanding of Wraparound principles, phases, and competencies through observation, feedback, and guided skill development. The position requires a mastery-level practitioner to help build a competent workforce and strengthen program adherence to evidence-based practices.
