The Field Applications Program is a 12-month Career Accelerator Program designed to train participants as Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) through three rotations and an international headquarter experience. The program focuses on developing technical expertise, customer engagement, and business acumen to help participants solve technical challenges and drive TI's business growth. Upon completion, participants join TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team as FAEs.
