The Technical Sales Program is an 8-month training experience designed to prepare participants for customer-oriented careers by combining technical skills with business perspectives. The program includes three rotations in Field Sales, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing, culminating in a headquarter experience. Upon completion, participants join the Worldwide Sales & Applications team as Technical Sales Representatives.
