The Field Construction Manager I oversees and coordinates all phases of wireless cell site construction projects from scope definition through closeout. The role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards. This position manages on-site activities, material logistics, and subcontractor performance while serving as the primary liaison between project management and field crews. It is a field-based role requiring regular travel to job sites around the Billings, Montana area.
