Field Enablement

This role involves building and running skills-based onboarding and training programs for sales and customer experience teams from the ground up. The position focuses on defining performance standards, conducting coaching and call reviews, and tracking data to identify skill gaps and improve overall team effectiveness. The role also supports marketing on campaign readiness and partners with Product Enablement on release-specific training.
