Field Execution and Coach Associate

The Field Execution and Coach Associate supports the implementation of the 121 execution model by conducting on-field visits, observing promoters, and providing structured coaching to ensure execution standards are consistently applied. The role acts as an operational extension of the Retail Activation Manager, identifying capability gaps and delivering corrective actions to drive execution excellence. This position requires frequent travel across assigned regions and strong on-field observation skills.
