Field Manager

The Field Manager monitors work status across multiple communities, ensuring job-site readiness, quality, and service standards are met. This role involves high-level communication with customers and the administrative team, serving as a subject matter expert on industry practices and standards. The position requires proficiency in self-directed work within a high-volume market, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A deep understanding of the Flooring trade, including floor and wall tile, wood/laminate flooring, and carpet, is essential.
