Installation Scheduling Coordinator

The Installation Scheduling Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Installation Manager to facilitate the timely and accurate scheduling of cabinet deliveries and installations. This role maintains installation schedules and records in RFMS, prepares work orders and paylines, confirms installation dates with Field Managers and construction managers, and supports installer onboarding and record maintenance. The position ensures installation activities are organized, communicated effectively, and supported by accurate documentation.
