The Field Operations Coordinator supports BinSentry's daily field operations across North America by coordinating service activities, managing technician schedules, and ensuring operational safety and efficiency. This role acts as the operational backbone, partnering with various departments to maintain fleet health, monitor deployed devices, and handle customer and technician support requests.
BinSentry provides feed-management hardware and software that combine remote bin sensors (ProSense products) with cloud analytics and alerts to give farms and commercial operators real-time visibility into feed inventory. Powering tens of thousands of bins worldwide, the platform focuses on out-of-feed prevention, inventory optimization, and consistent feed delivery across operations. Customers use BinSentry to reduce stockouts and waste, improve planning, and gain the confidence of automated monitoring through dashboards, alerts, and integrations.
