Field Rep Development Program - Brisbane

The Field Representative Development Program at Caterpillar is an 18–24-month entry-level rotational program designed to develop skills to partner with Caterpillar dealers and drive customer loyalty. It begins with a 12-week training that includes international travel and workshops on technical knowledge, sales, and soft skills, followed by rotations across strategy, services, and product roles. Upon completion, participants are placed into field-based roles supporting dealers and managing assigned territories.
