About this role

The Field Rep Development Program is an 18–24-month rotational training opportunity designed to build foundational skills in partnering with Caterpillar dealers to drive strategy alignment and customer loyalty. Participants will complete a 12-week intensive training program involving travel in Asia and Europe, followed by hands-on rotations in product development, dealer management, and marketing to prepare for a full-time industry sales or technical representative role.
