About this role

The Field Rep Development Program at Caterpillar is an 18–24 month entry-level rotational program designed to develop new hires into field representatives who support Caterpillar dealers. It begins with a 12-week immersive training that includes international travel and workshops, followed by rotations across product, services, dealer management and strategy. Graduates are placed into field-based territory roles to drive dealer alignment and customer loyalty.
