Field Service Support

This role involves providing hands-on field service support for Metso Mineral Processing Equipment, including machine inspections, technical evaluations, and project supervision at customer sites. The position requires acting as a technical liaison between customers, product divisions, and sales personnel while promoting products and services. The role also includes preparing post-visit reports, supporting warranty processes, and identifying equipment outside the installed base.
