Field Service Technician

Field Service Technicians at Point Broadband are responsible for customer equipment installation, service work, and maintaining network asset inventory. The role requires a friendly and self-motivated individual who can direct their own work at customer locations while ensuring superior customer service and adherence to company quality standards.
