Field Service Technician

As a field service technician for Southwest JCB, you will be an integral member of the service department responsible for repairing and maintaining JCB and other heavy equipment. The role requires mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventive maintenance while upholding high customer service standards. You will build relationships with customers and vendors while ensuring timely and accurate completion of all service tasks.
