Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor oversees crews of up to 15 members at job sites, ensuring safe and Promera-approved methods are utilized in all work. This role serves as a liaison between operations, sales representatives, and customer personnel while managing crew transportation, equipment, and job-related problems. The position involves directing, training, and motivating technicians to ensure efficient and safe completion of work assignments.
