Field Support Technician

This role serves as an on-site Tier II and printer management resource for a Department of War agency, analyzing escalated end-user computing, printer, and connectivity issues to determine root causes and resolutions. The technician independently manages site workstations, ensures STIG compliance for the printer fleet, and provides deskside support for end users. The position requires working with minimal supervision while coordinating with remote teams and vendors to maintain accurate asset records and resolve complex technical problems.
