Field Technician

The Field Technician performs first and second line maintenance on Coinstar kiosks within an assigned territory using a company vehicle. The role involves planning and scheduling daily tasks, conducting electromechanical troubleshooting, and ensuring all kiosk components function properly. Technicians manage service calls, field change orders, and inventory while maintaining strong customer relations and adhering to safety and administrative requirements.
