Field Technician

The Field Technician performs first and second line maintenance on Coinstar kiosks within an assigned territory, utilizing a company vehicle to handle scheduled preventative maintenance, electromechanical troubleshooting, and repairs. The role requires planning and scheduling daily tasks, managing field change orders, and ensuring all kiosk components function properly through remote diagnostics and on-site service. This position involves prioritizing service calls, managing inventory, and maintaining strong customer relations while adapting to rapidly changing priorities and weather conditions.
