Finance and Operations Manager

This role owns the financial and operational engine of a startup, managing everything from monthly close and vendor payments to customer billing and contract administration. The individual contributor reports directly to the CEO and partners with an outside CPA firm to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth day-to-day business logistics. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can build systems, automate repetitive tasks, and proactively flag financial or operational gaps.
