Recruiting Operations Specialist

This role focuses on owning the recruiting machine to find, move, and convert exceptional engineers into hires for a deep tech startup. The individual will manage day-to-day recruiting operations, maintain the Ashby ATS, and run experiments to improve the hiring funnel. The position involves direct collaboration with founders and engineering leaders to shape the company's hiring strategy.
