About this role

Apollo Research seeks a Finance hire to help build its finance function from the ground up, focusing on transactional processing and operations. This role involves supporting multi-entity and multi-currency operations while preparing to specialize in either Controllership or FP&A. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and process execution.

Responsibilities

Run Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles
Handle supplier invoices and prepare payments
Reconcile multi-entity bank accounts weekly
Ensure accurate transaction recording in Xero
Follow up on overdue balances
