The Finance College Graduate Program offers a 24-month rotational experience within the Finance organization, providing broad-based business leadership development opportunities. Participants will complete three 8-month rotations across critical finance functions such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Tax, with placements at the Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio, and various U.S. manufacturing plants.
