Finance Manager, Accounting and Payroll

The City of Milpitas seeks an experienced governmental accounting leader to serve as Finance Manager over the Accounting and Payroll group, including General Ledger, Payroll, and Grant Management. This working manager role involves leading year-end close, audits, payroll migration to Tyler ERP, and supervising professional and technical staff. The position reports to the Finance Director and acts in their absence when needed.
