Finance & Payroll Coordinator

The Finance & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day payroll and financial administration functions of ChildFund PNG, ensuring that payroll, financial transactions, reconciliations, and related records are accurate, timely, and compliant with organizational policies and PNG legislation. The role involves working closely with the Finance & Operations Manager, HR, and other teams to ensure effective payroll processing, financial controls, reporting, and the timely resolution of finance and payroll matters. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a high level of integrity to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies.
